Michele J. Hawley

Michele is an expert in the Health and Wellness industry and specializes in Fitness & Nutrition. She studied Exercise & Movement Science at the University of Vermont, is a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. Growing up a dancer and gymnast, Michele values human movement and the powerful abilities the body has to adapt, change and transform. Her passion for Health and Fitness, as well as her desire to help others combined into the vision that is Be SomeBODY Fitness and Nutrition. Now, she has worked with hundreds of women across the nation and internationally, helping them bridge the gap of holistic health, between food, fitness and loving their bodies.
