Unless you have the mindset & work ethic to unabashedly show up for yourself and make it happen.

FEAR & your own INSECURITY are what REALLY keep you from taking the leap to do better for yourself.
FEAR WILL STRIP YOU OF YOUR CONFIDENCE. It will cause you to choke, to run, to push yourself in the opposite direction. You can utilize your fear to your advantage with the right skills and tactics in place.
INSECURITY is the partner of fear. Together, they feed off of one another - telling you that you aren't enough, aren't worthy, aren't ready, never will be. But that is far from the case. You are MORE than ready, you just have to give yourself an ounce of belief that you deserve more than what you've been dishing out.
So HOW?! HOW do you push past this fear and insecurity so you can dig deep and find that self-belief?
You do it like this:
1) GET AWARE of what you want, but more so what triggers than fear and anxiety to creep in. Once you're aware, you can recognize the negative triggers much easier.
2) DISTANCE YOURSELF from the negativity that looms and pulls you into those pockets of insecurity that feel safe - for a time - but in reality, leave you feeling incapable of change.
3) AFFIRM that fear and insecurity may always exist to some degree - but you are in control of HOW you let it affect you on a day-to-day basis. You are in control and the fear is NOT.
