
BOX SOMEBODY FIT IS OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT — Box SomeBody Fit is a 12-week online boxing course & workout program for beginners who are looking to/for: -Learn how to box -Lose body fat -Decrease & manage stress/ANXIETY -Build lean muscle mass -Learn self-defense -Improve coordination -Improve athleticism -A FUN cardio option -Efficient, total body workouts -Challenge yourself mentally The first 6 weeks will teach you basic form, stance, movement, offensive punches, defensive maneuvers — and will have you applying them all in your weekly (4) workouts. The second 6 weeks are all application-based where you’ll put your knew knowledge to the test in your weekly workouts! The course is for beginners with < 1-3 years of experience!
