"I've worked with Michele on two separate occasions for nutrition coaching. The first time I worked with her, I felt I knew the bare minimum...and was starting to feel a bit low energy and lethargic during workouts and throughout the day. There was a huge void of carbs in my diet (not intentional) and while at first I just wanted the macronutrient calculations, I quickly knew I was going to need her to champion me through coaching to gradually add carbs to restore my energy and recovery. Michele suggested a few specific foods to accommodate...and she coached me through some tough psychological moments of doubting the process. This was key. The second time I worked with Michele, I had just reached a milestone and was kind of like "what should be next?" We adjusted my macros again and incorporated rest days. This was kind of a blend of nutrition and mindfulness. We got real deep sharing past stuff and she put things in perspective - helping me to understand moderation (treats,) rest (active and full,) and how those both effect getting physically stronger. Who knew I'd also get mentally stronger. If you're into having a cherished connection with your coach, then Michele should be your coach. She is true to her brand, she makes the process painless and you feel all the feels of her champion character."
